How do I place an order?
To shop online, please go to our Shop Products page or our Shop Industries page. Browse the name badge choices and when you are ready to order, choose the base name badge style. You will then be instructed to choose quantity, finish, fastener style and any other details needed for the order.
You can also place an order by phone. Our customer service representatives will be happy to help you select the best product to meet your needs and guide you through the order process. Please call 800.452.1161 or 508.222.2877 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (EST) on Fridays.
Is there a minimum purchase?
There is a minimum purchase when using our Voucher Program of 12 name badges. There is also a minimum requirement of 12 name badges when adding your custom logo. Standard name badges without a logo do not require a minimum purchase.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, quantity discounts are available but vary depending on name tag choice. Most discounts start at 12 name badges.
What is your typical turn around time for an order?
With Reeves, orders placed by 11 am EST are shipped within 1-2 business days. Name badges with logos ship within 3-4 business days to allow the logo to cure before shipping.
Do you provide design services?
While Reeves Company does not design custom logos, we are happy to produce a digital proof/mockup of your own logo on a Reeves Name Badge of your choice, including sample engraving if desired. Contact our team if you need assistance with choosing a name badge model.
How do I place a custom order with a logo?
Choose a badge featuring a logo and you’ll be prompted to upload your logo artwork as you customize your name badge. You’ll receive a digital proof/mockup for your approval prior to us processing your order. We also provide expert assistance over the phone or through email.
What are the required file formats for logo artwork?
Minimum 300 dpi, acceptable file types include .jpeg, .eps or .ai. Please send the highest quality logo you have.
Can you print logos to match colors?
Yes, we can match most logo colors very closely. However, to guarantee your satisfaction, it is best to provide our team with your Pantone color values.
How much does it cost to add my logo?
If you never ordered from us before, there is a one-time setup fee of $25.00 per color for preparation of film. This setup fee applies to your initial order only. If you already uploaded your logo for a previous product, please select “Reeves already has my logo” when prompted to upload your logo on the next product. There is also an additional fee added to the unit price of each name badge, based on quantity ordered. Please see chart below for pricing:

How should I care for my name badge?
We consider Reeves Name badges to be high quality, similar to jewelry, and should be handled as such. Care should be taken when attaching and removing the name badge from clothing. Name badges should never be placed in washer or dryer.
Should your name badge require cleaning, use only a soft cloth and water. Detergent or other abrasive cleaners should never be used.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
We accept returns according to our 90-Day Warranty Policy, or if there is a general material or manufacturing defect. Please contact Customer Service for more details.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Reeves uses USPS 1st Class Mail and UPS Ground Service for shipments. Please see below for cost breakdown by number of name badges ordered:
